Equipment Zone would like to assure you that your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Equipment Zone’s online store does not store your credit card information or keep it on file.

All Equipment Zone online store sales are final. Items sold are not returnable.
In the rare case that you receive a defective item, contact Equipment Zone immediately at 201-797-1504 or 1-800-408-0040. Defective item claims must be made no later than 5 business days of receiving the item. Equipment Zone will repair the item or exchange the item with an identical item, except if the item meets the following conditions: Print heads, capping assemblies, and all electrical items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online store orders can be cancelled for a full refund within one (1) hour after placing the order, unless the order has been shipped.

Equipment Zone will attempt to ship orders placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, on the same day. Otherwise, items should be shipped no later than the second business day after purchase.
Equipment Zone will only ship orders to the billing address of a customer’s credit card. Shipping and billing addresses must be the same.
Equipment Zone ships most packages via United Parcel Service (UPS). U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx shipping is available upon request, but may substantially delay the shipment of your order. If you need USPS or FedEx shipping, especially if your order is to be shipped to a P.O. Box, please choose “Phone Order” as your method of payment when placing an order.
Occasionally, backordered or out-of-stock items will prevent an order from shipping in full. In that case, Equipment Zone will attempt to contact you so that you can decide whether you would like Equipment Zone to hold your order until it can ship in full, or if you would like Equipment Zone to ship only part of your order immediately and ship the remaining part for an additional shipping cost when it becomes available.
